  Awful customer service. I'll go in every once in a while to shop and I have been greeted twice in the dozen times I've gone in. When I make purchases, the cashiers do not engage customers, ask them if they found everything alright, etc. After one such interaction that bordered on rude, I asked to speak with a manager. The employee said she was the manager on shift, and I asked to speak with her manager. They were not in so I left my name and number and was assured I would be receiving a call from that manager. 2 months later, I'm still waiting. Note to the owners: your customer service (or lack thereof) is the reason that online retailers are driving you out of business.
