  Mr. Montgomery created a custom Necklace for us from two other existing pieces and was extremely helpful in bringing a design to life that started as only a simple hand drawn sketch. He was also willing to educate me in the process about jewelry making and picking gems, allowing me to make an informed decision on what we should include on the piece. The staff was very friendly and straight forward. Many Jewelry stores are pushy, where they were completely reasonable and we even stopped in multiple times until we made up our minds about what we wanted. We highly recommend Montgomery's Jewelry for custom pieces!

  Took a watch to get the band adjusted. Took them only 15 minutes, I didn't even have time to go to lunch before they called me and told me my watch was ready.
