  Not much to inspire confidence . So many things going wrong. Toni B was sup posed to give the injection, came out, then went back to work on other things. I asked for the "high dose" flu vaccine and completed all the paperwork. Taking an unusual step, I asked to see the packaging to verify. It was a different type! So, we went back to square one and did the paperwork for the correct type. The people seemed miffed about this, as if I were too picky. Asked to speak with store mgr, who didn't see any problem, since they did get it right on second try. Asked for contact for regional manager and was refused. Does not inspire my confidence in their approach to quality control. Took a long time to do every step and were not at all friendly.

  I absolutely love the Walgreens in Starkville. ALL of the staff are extremely nice! They always go out of their way to help me. They always greet me at the door with a nice greeting. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. The pharmacy is always fast. The new manager is a very nice man. I wish I could rate them much higher. Keep up the good work Walgreens.

  I have been using Walgreens as my pharmacy for many years but this one in Starkville is THE worst one I have ever been to. Awfully rude staff, terrible customer service. They have the worst attitude if you ask questions. Very disappointed. Not even worth rating it one star.
